Your responsibilities will revolve around payroll processing, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close operations.Responsibilities: • Process payroll efficiently and accurately, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and filed• Utilize accounting software systems to manage and maintain accurate records• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring all transactions are accounted for and correctly posted• Perform reconciliations of various accounts, identifying any discrepancies and resolving issues promptly• Assist with month-end close procedures, ensuring all financial data is accurately reported• Utilize ADP Workforce Now and other relevant software to manage payroll and related processes• Oversee 401k - RRSP Administration, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and procedures• Execute various accounting functions as required, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up to date• Manage accounts payable, ensuring all invoices and payments are processed in a timely manner• Conduct regular auditing of financial data, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies or errors.
